Role Overview:
Strong team player for Recruitment area with great communication and negotiation skills,
with the ability to build good relationships with different external/internal stakeholders.
General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
* HR Recruitment transactions, common processes, and data management.
* Achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating profiles
* Sourcing candidates
* Conducting interviews and performing technical evaluations
Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification)
* Good English communication skills (verbal/written) B2+
* University studies in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar fields (desirable)
* Experience in recruitment field (6 months minimum)
* Works co-operatively with others to achieve team goals.
* Attention to details and analytical skills
* Great customer service skills
* Time management skills
* BPO experience desirable
* Experience in massive recruitment (preferable)
