Responsible for the development, implementation, and compliance of resource mobilization strategies through the leadership of their team of collaborators. This position requires a high level of communication and interpersonal skills to empathetically and effectively connect with potential national and international supporters through strong relationship-building, creating a solid portfolio of impactful donations. The individual in this role must provide overall spiritual leadership while creating and implementing their unit’s strategy, supporting communication efforts, and taking responsibility for performance, integrity, and accountability to donors. Must be a committed leader who understands the importance of Christ’s mandate to serve those in need and who fosters a sense of generosity and biblical stewardship within their team and among donors, all to benefit the care of many vulnerable communities.

Requerimos

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations, Communications, or similar fields.
• At least 5 years of work experience in developing and managing staff and teams, strong financial management, compliance, budgeting and project operations/ administrative oversight, abilities in leadership and management skills. (Indispensable)
• Demonstrated skills building and maintaining relationships with donors, stakeholders, local organizations, and partners.
• Experience in approaches to project design and implementation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; excellent demonstrated inter-cultural, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Autonomy in planning and execution of daily work.
• Ability to analyze and prepare qualitative and quantitative reports.
• Proficiency in MS Office package (advanced Excel indispensable).
• Excellent interpersonal relations, empathy, and a commitment to loving service to others.
• Driver’s license (Indispensable).
• Advanced English level.
