We are seeking a friendly, empathetic, and detail-oriented team member to join our support department. You will serve as the initial point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate product questions, resolve issues, and process requests with professionalism and care.

Ofrecemos

Base salary of Q.5,500.00 plus Q.1800 commissions. 7:30 AM to 3:30 pm and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM schedules, Sundays off.
Zone 11 site
Constant training and growing opportunities.

Requerimos

C1 english level, availability to work on site, high school diploma and valid Guatemalan ID.
