We are seeking a friendly, empathetic, and detail-oriented team member to join our support department. You will serve as the initial point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate product questions, resolve issues, and process requests with professionalism and care. Deal with french and english speaking customers.

Ofrecemos

Base salary of Q.7,500.00 plus Q.4000 in commissions. 8:00 AM to 4:00 pm schedules with Sundays off.

Requerimos

C1 english level, availability to work on site Zone 11 site, high school diploma and valid Guatemalan ID.
